1. Description of Service

NameChat is an AI-powered domain name discovery and research platform. The Service helps you explore and evaluate potential domain names for your business or project through a conversational AI interface. NameChat does not register, sell, broker, or transfer domain names.

Domain name registration and purchase transactions are conducted entirely through third-party registrars and marketplaces. NameChat is not a party to any such transaction.

2. No Guarantee of Availability

Domain name recommendations made by NameChat are generated by AI and are not live availability checks. A name recommended by NameChat may already be registered, reserved, or otherwise unavailable. You must verify domain availability directly with an accredited registrar before making any purchase or business decision based on our recommendations. NameChat makes no warranties regarding the availability of any domain name.

3. No Domain Valuations

NameChat does not provide domain valuations. Candidate scores produced by NameChat reflect how well a name matches your stated preferences — they are not market value estimates, appraisals, or indicators of what a domain may cost or sell for.

4. Affiliate Relationships

NameChat may participate in affiliate programs with domain registrars and related services. We may earn a commission when you follow certain links and complete a purchase. This is disclosed in our Affiliate Disclosure. Affiliate relationships do not affect the names or rankings NameChat recommends.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use NameChat for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limiting, access controls, or other security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the Service in a way that harms other users or NameChat's infrastructure
• Submit content designed to harm, deceive, or impersonate others
• Use NameChat to generate names intended to infringe on trademarks or intellectual property

6. Intellectual Property

The NameChat platform, including its design, AI models, scoring logic, and branding, is the property of NameChat and its licensors. Domain name recommendations generated during your session are provided for your personal research use.

NameChat does not claim trademark rights over any domain name or brand name it suggests. It is your responsibility to conduct trademark clearance for any name you intend to use commercially.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NAMECHAT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY RECOMMENDATION, SCORE, OR OUTPUT GENERATED BY THE SERVICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAMECHAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DOMAIN REGISTRATION DECISIONS, BRAND NAMING DECISIONS, OR RELIANCE ON AVAILABILITY REPRESENTATIONS.

9. Third-Party Services

NameChat links to and integrates with third-party services including domain registrars and AI providers. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. NameChat is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of third-party services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of NameChat after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
