• Domain availability: changes constantly. We do not guarantee that a domain is available or that a price is accurate.
• Trademark and legal clearance: is your responsibility. Always do your own trademark, legal, and brand checks before adopting a name.
• AI output: can be incorrect or incomplete.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to disrupt the site, scrape data at scale, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
